I don't know if this was done purposfully, but there's no way you send this out in good spirit. Quality is so important in a restaurant and this is not right. I just got off shift and was craving a slice and this is what I got. Highly disappointed because these type of hole in the walls are my favorite. Not cool man.

The pizza here is mucho fantastic!!! The crust is extra flaky and crispy, the toppings are super fresh, and the cheese is delectable! 😋 The pizza was not heavy like the big pizza chains and the wings come in different new flavors, which is refreshing. 5 stars hands down and the family and I will definitely be back!

On vacation, trying to support as many local spots as I can over the chain places! Ordered the special, Two pizzas and garlic bread sticks for like 48.95.. it was like 50.95 or 52.95 in reality. no biggie. I get that menus update and food costs continue to rise. placed an online order, got like ten bucks off for signing up for their promo stuff. Cool. Saw some bad reviews with pictures, but saw some great reviews also. Big fan of some great New York style thin crust pizza. Paid as I Placed the order online. Then I got notification that it would be ready at 9:57 PM. Sweet. I arrive at the location at 10 PM. There's a family ordering so I wait a few moments and then I get asked if I'm there for pick up. Yes Sir, Give him my name and am told that it will be a few as there are a couple orders ahead of me. Okay. There is one guy working at the location so I get it, might be a little behind, and honestly, he seemed mad or annoyed, but I can't blame him. (Hopefully this dude wasn't the owner) I wait patiently. 10:33 PM I finally received my order. It's now been over an hour since I ordered. 3 boxes in total. Cool. Not a whole lot of weight to them but okay I did order thin crust. I get ba

Just don't. First of all they advertise pizzas by the slice and then dont have any slices ready to go..and dont have the courtesy to tell you. After 5 minutes I was like hey man the pizza is going to burn and he just said "okay". Then another 5-10 minutes goes by and im like "are you making the pizza right now?" And he says "yeah we have to make it fresh". It ook over 20 minutes to get my 1 slice and it wasnt even cooked. I gave most of it to the dog.

The box weighed more than the pizza… Absolutely TERRIBLE…. Barely any cheese or toppings…. Had a chat with the online team, they called the store in Orlando and they said they were sorry, but were not willing to do anything about it…. I didn’t even ask them to do anything about it, just wanted the apology… However, that tells me a lot about the management at this location at the time of my order…. They didn’t even offer to remake one…. Some people just don’t care about their customers or reputation…
